• Consultation / Treatment / Kur that you would like to gift 

• Name of the person recieving the gift voucher 

• Your queries if any 

We would then send you a digial gift coupon per E Mail and you can forward it to the receipient of the voucher. 

The person with the gift voucher could then contact us and make a suitable appointment for the consultation / treatment / Kur.

After the appointment, we would send you the invoice details and you can transfer the invoice amount to our bank account.
