According to Ayurveda, the human body is made up of 3 constitutional elements (Doshas) – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Based on the Doshas, we could classify human beings into different mind-body types with distinctive features. Each human being has a particular balance of these Doshas that is natural to him /her called Prakruti.
